Hi, I’m Melissa, originally from Dublin, Ireland. With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Skin Therapist, I’ve built a reputation for delivering results-driven skincare tailored to each individual. My passion for skin health began in Dublin and has grown stronger with time as I continue to expand my knowledge and refine my techniques alongside evolving industry innovations.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in some of the most respected skincare clinics and luxury spas, collaborating with expert therapists and medical professionals. This experience has deepened my ability to treat a wide range of skin concerns—from acne and pigmentation to premature ageing and sensitivity. My approach combines advanced clinical techniques with a holistic, nurturing touch to ensure each client feels cared for and sees real, visible improvements.
I believe education and empowerment are key to long-term skin health. I take time to guide my clients through personalised home-care and lifestyle advice that supports lasting results. Hi my name is Lianne and I am one of the senior therapist at The Skin Element. I have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, originally studying my diploma in my home town Manchester, UK. I have always loved the fast paced progression of the beauty industry which has led me to explore many avenues throughout my career leading me to The Skin Element.
My favourite treatments to perform in clinic are skin peels and skin needling as I love the instant results and gratification they give. I’m forever learning in this industry and enjoy educating clients as treatments evolve and grow.
In my free time I like to get away from the hustle and bustle and often spend weekends camping and exploring the coast with my family. We love travelling and our goal is to purchase a big camper and travel Australia as much as possible. I look forward to assisting you on your skin journey at The Skin Element.

Originally from Colombia, I’ve made Australia my home for over 15 years. Hi, I’m Lilli! I’m an aesthetic dermatology nurse with nearly seven years of experience helping people feel confident and happy in their skin. Originally from Norway, I made the move to Australia in July last year. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, along with further education in dermatology and specialised training in injectables.
I truly enjoy combining my medical knowledge with personalised treatments like laser and IPL therapy, microneedling, acne care, and injectables, all aimed at achieving natural, beautiful results. Since 2018, I’ve been trained and certified in advanced injectable treatments, and I continuously update my skills by learning new techniques and regularly attending courses and trainings to ensure I provide the best possible care for my clients.
Delivering natural results that last is very important to me. I believe in providing personalised care where we collaborate closely to find the treatment plan that suits each individual best.
